The "Strela" was designed specifically for hunting and, fishing on rivers and navigating small rapids. 

The Strela series features the strongest configuration in the Solar range. The hulls come installed with additional armor on the base as well as an additional polyurethane film along the length of the lower cylinders. The transom reinforced transom is capable of taking engines up to 60 HP.

The slight v-shape to the hull of the Strela makes these boats easy to handle and maneuver plus the slight rise in the front makes this our best hull shape for navigating rapids or through choppy waters.

TOHATSU 50HP ENGINES - 2 STROKE OR 4 STROKE

We have found the Tohatsu 50hp outboard with waterjet pump to be the ideal engine for our inflatable hull boats.

Not only is it more than powerful enough to get a full boat load upstream in even the most challenging conditions but, as a smaller engine, it also helps to keep the total weight of the boat down - leaving more capacity for your catch!

Supplied with 15" Short Shaft Outboard Jet plus rubber intake and stainless steel impeller.

CUSTOM ALLOY TRAILER

Our custom alloy trailers are fabricated with marine grade alloy and 18mm trans-tex ply. They feature black kantana alloy wheels and a spare mounted wheel.

Each trailer comes with a 3-Year Frame Warranty plus on-road costs (Plate, WOF and 12 month rego)

I have completed the two hours on the initial running in at half throttle of the motor and am looking forward to the power that I feel the engine can produce in making a safe trip in the river when I have to open it up. Best thing my husband has ever brought. You know I thought oh no it'll mean you'll be out with your mate's 247, but no it has brought our family closer and we have had many family adventures boating all across New Zealand. My husband and I were privileged to be able to hunt with Gary on his boat and what an awesome experience it was. We were able to penetrate deep into the Ngahere via the river. We quickly accessed the good hunting spots. These spots would normally take a long day of walking to access.

The boat managed the problematic areas of the river with ease and our comfort was not compromised. The boat was more than capable of the payload of 3 people, 3 dogs, and our hunting gear. Not to mention our harvested quarry on the return trip home.
